[Libosinfo] [PATCHv2 1/4] Fix relations that osinfo_platform_get_all_devices follows

We want to consider both platforms that are upgraded from
(qemu 1.2.0 -> qemu 1.2.1) and derived from
(qemu 1.2.0 -> qemu-kvm 1.2.0). Should have been part of commit
