[Libosinfo] [PATCH 1/3] debian: Provide reasonable recommended resources

Now nitpick on shortlog: You are not providing resources but more like
specifying them. Also would be nice to make it more clear from start
you are talking about weezy.

How about:

debian: Better resources for weezy

We currently specify recommended RAM for weezy to be X and storage to
be Y. YOUR PARAGRAPH HERE.

[The new para can then be dropped].
