IIUC the Debian bug report, the grub-installer doesn't honor
grub-installer/bootdev and always install to /dev/sda.  I've not really
tested the case with multiple disks.

I assume this bug is also present in the Oz installer script, as the
version we have in libosinfo is basically copied from there.
