[Libosinfo] [PATCH libosinfo] Add symlink to allow using OSINFO_DATA_DIR=$srcdir

[Cole Robinson]

Creates a symlink 'db' pointing to 'data'. Now If I want to test commits
to ensure osinfo-detect works, I do:

  OSINFO_DATA_DIR=`pwd` ./tools/osinfo-detect
