[Libosinfo] [libosinfo PATCH] tests: make the network tests run

[Pino Toscano]

Load the default osinfo path, since the osinfo data are no more part of
the libosinfo sources.

The tests still fails though, but this is due to missing paths to ISOs
and trees.
