[Libosinfo] [PATCH osinfo-db 3/9] ubuntu: Add virtio1.0 devices for 17.04+

17.04 is based on kernel 4.10 according to this:

debian9 is based on kernel 4.9 based on this:
https://wiki.debian.org/DebianStretch
Given that, and that debian9 already has virtio1.0 <device> metadata,
apply the same to ubuntu 17.04
