[Libosinfo] [osinfo-db PATCH 0/1] Fix out-of-tree builds

As we don't rely on autoconf, let's set an ABS_TOPDIR in the Makefile and
rely on it in order to run our tests.

Guido, would you mind to give it a try? It did fix the issue for me, but
I'd like to be sure it also fixes the issue for you.
