[Libosinfo] [osinfo-db-tools PATCH v2 0/2] configure: test fixes and improvements

As tests are not running in all platforms since b380daf430, the first
patch fixes the issues and the second patch standardise on using "=" sign
when comparing string values (instead of "==").
