[Libosinfo] [osinfo-db-tools PATCH v2 2/2] configure: Use "=" for `test` instead of "=="

[Fabiano Fidêncio]

`man test` only lists "=" instead of "==".

With that in mind, let's change how we compare the strings to always use
a single "=" sign.
