[Libosinfo] [osinfo-db PATCH 0/2] Fixes for test_urls

test_urls is broken due to:
- Debian 9.9.0 release, which requires updates for debian-9 URLs
- OpenSUSE 15.0, which removed the links for the qcow2 image from their
  repository
- CentOS7, which is returning 403 when downloading its DVD.iso

The Debian and OpenSUSE issues are fixed. The CentOS7 download is a known
issue and it's happening due to spam/DDoS (so, no fix from our side as it
should be back to normal at some point in the future).

The two patches have been pushed already.
